1.1. Welcome to NexaCore Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Platform”). These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Player”, “User”, or “Customer”) and NexaCore Entertainment N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 156829 and registered address at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao.
1.2. The Website is operated under License No. 365/JAZ, issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao. All financial transactions are processed by our subsidiary, NexaCore Payments Ltd, located at Arch. Makariou III, 155, Proteas House, 5th Floor, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus.

4.1. Mandatory Verification: To ensure a secure environment and prevent fraud, we perform KYC checks. We may request documents at any time, especially before your first withdrawal or when your total deposits exceed €2,000.
4.2. Required Documents:
Proof of Identity: A high-quality photo of your Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License.
Proof of Address: A utility bill (water, gas, electricity) or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
Proof of Payment: A photo of the credit card (front and back, hiding the middle digits and CVV) or a screenshot of your E-wallet profile.
4.3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): In certain cases, we may request a “Selfie with ID” or a “Source of Wealth” (SOW) declaration to verify the origin of your funds.
5.1. Deposit Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, and Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).
5.2. Third-Party Prohibition: You may only deposit funds from a source registered in your own name. If we detect a deposit from a third party (spouse, friend, etc.), the account will be locked, and the funds will be returned to the original source.

The maximum withdrawal limit is €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month, unless otherwise agreed for VIP players.

6.1. The Company is committed to the highest standards of AML compliance. All transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. 6.2. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the Curaçao Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the relevant law enforcement agencies without notice to the User.
7.1. Fraudulent Activities: The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Collusion with other players;
Use of automated bots, “spiders,” or AI software;
Exploitation of software bugs or “edge-sorting”;
Use of stolen credit cards or “chargeback” fraud.
7.2. Consequences: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, we may:
Freeze your account indefinitely;
Void all winnings and bonuses;
Confiscate the balance to cover damages;
Inform other operators and authorities.
8.1. An account is considered “Inactive” if no login has occurred for 12 consecutive months. 8.2. We will charge a monthly administration fee of €5 for inactive accounts starting from the 13th month. This fee will be deducted until the balance is zero or the account becomes active again.
9.1. We provide tools to help you stay in control:
Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits.
Cool-off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion: A permanent closure that cannot be reversed. 9.2. To activate these tools, go to your account settings or email [email protected] with the subject “Self-Exclusion.”
10.1. All Website content, including software, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by NexaCore Entertainment N.V. 10.2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Website for commercial purposes.
11.1. Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available 24/7 or free of technical errors. 11.2. The Company is not liable for:
Hardware or software malfunctions on the User’s end;
Internet connection drops or delays;
Any loss resulting from the use of the Website, including emotional distress. 11.3. In any event, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your total deposits in the 3 months preceding the claim.

If the issue is not resolved within 14 days, you may file a formal complaint with the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao. 12.3. Both parties agree that any legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
